We would love for you to join our team today! Park View, a 5-star rated, 123-bed care center, is currently seeking a handy and reliable Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help maintain our beautiful campus.
In this role, you will perform plumbing, carpentry, painting and a variety of other craftwork in the maintenance and repair of the facility and equipment.
This is a Part-Time, benefit eligible position working a varied Day schedule and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
Follow scheduled preventative maintenance program.
Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
Follow-through on projects with little supervision.
Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job related instructions.
Keep detailed reports of ongoing and completed projects.
Perform lawn care and landscaping duties; remove snow and ice from walkways.
Perform other duties as requested.
General Maintenance Tech Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
Prior experience in plumbing, electrical work, HVAC and/or floor care preferred.
Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred, but not required.
Able to make repairs inside and outside of building, basic carpentry, basic plumbing, replace light bulbs, filters, etc.
Able to use basic maintenance tools such as hammer, pliers, screwdriver, drill, etc.
Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
