Telecommunications OSP Construction Project Manager

We are currently looking to add to our team and are searching for a qualified Telecommunications OSP Construction Project Manager for our Shakopee Office.
The Telecommunications OSP Construction Project Manager has the following
Responsibilities:
o Acts as point of contact for existing and new customers in the designated market o Responsible for all aspects of the projects including maintaining and increasing revenue objectives o Prepare RFP and Project Bids o Solicit new customers and bid opportunities within market area o Manage project/work order development from initiation to closure o Be accountable for project results o Work with Field Supervisors and Coordinators to manage project/work orders, scopes, goals, required resources, budget and timing o Complete work cost estimates and structure, work with coordinators on billing, invoicing and WIP o Provide customers with schedules and timelines o Clearly communicate expectations to team members o Resolve any issues and problems throughout project o Effectively manage project scope by ensuring completion of change orders to document and approve changes o Recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources and sub-contractors o Track, report and provide status to customers o Responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and motivation to all team members o Responsible for developing tools, procedures, and best practices for all team members o Responsible for evaluating and assessing results of projects and work ordersWe offer a full benefit package that includes:

oEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or related field preferred.
A combination of experience and education will be considered.
Experience:
2-4 years of project management in a telecommunication setting and related experience.
Number and Type of Employees Supervised:
varies based on projectRequired Licenses or Certifications:
Operators License, OSHA-10 preferred, PMP Certification preferred.
